The Employer Handbook Friday Zoom Happy Hour Returns on September 30, 2022 at Noon ET

With Summer winding down, it’s time to knock the dust off my Zoom Pro account, pour a beverage, and bring back The Employer Handbook Zoom Happy Hour.

Most of you know the drill. But I’ll explain for the newer subscribers.

On Fridays, often flanked by a FisherBroyles partner or another one of my employment lawyer friends, we present a free Zoom session from 12-1 ET.

We don’t do slide decks or legalese. Instead, it’s an hour of loosely scripted conversation about whatever employment law subject we think may interest you, with some Q&A sprinkled in.

Up first on Friday, September 30, 2022 is “Offboarding the C-Suite.”

My guest will be Bob Ellerbrock, who focuses his practice on executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA. Bob and I will explore workplace investigations of executive wrongdoing, terminations, and resignations. We’ll also discuss common drafting errors in C-Suite employment and separation agreements, enforcing post-employment obligations, and communicating the change to your workforce.

Will this be high-level content for folks in HR, attorneys, and CEOs registering for this Zoom under pseudonyms? You bet it will.
