POLICY TITLE: Communicating with the Media
All requests made by members of the media for any information, comments, details, etc., concerning XYZ, Inc. are to be referred to the Public Relations (PR) Department [or INSERT NAME].

No employee of XYZ, Inc. may speak to the media on behalf of, about, or concerning XYZ, Inc. without the prior consent of the PR Department [or INSERT NAME].
